Shipping & Returns
General Return/Exchange Guidelines
Please contact us at email@example.com prior to sending any returns/exchanges back to us, and provide your order number.
All returns/exchanges must include all parts listed, documentation, etc., that was originally shipped with the product.
Returns/exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process, not including shipping times.
U.S. Customers have 4 options when making a return:
Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method when you ship your item back. Returns must be processed within 30 days from the date your order was received to be eligible for a refund.
Partial Refund: You may be able to receive a partial refund for the following products:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned after 30 days from delivery
Exchange: N&L will replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Store Credit: If you want to make a return and it is past the 30-day delivery date, you will receive a store credit that you can use at norbergarts.com at checkout.
Items not eligible for a refund:
Orders received over 30 days ago (store credit will be issued, instead)
If you wish to return a product that was gifted to you, please procure the receipt from the purchaser in order to process the return.

N&L will cover the cost of shipping
Please return your item and email us the receipt of cost of shipping, and we will reimburse along with refund amount.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or international addresses?
We’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or to any address in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Canada at this time. We’re only able to ship within the continental USA.
